IIT Goa has well equipped hostel facilities for the students under various degree programs. Separate hostel blocks exist for male and female students.
There are three blocks: B1, B2 and B3 for male students and one block for female students. All rooms in all blocks are double occupancy with provision for study tables, bed, and storage. Each block has 80 rooms with double occupancy. There is a large spacious dining hall exists in hostel premises where residents are served menu-based food items. The monthly menu is managed by the student council.
Following common facilities exist in hostel premises:
- LAN and wi-fi internet connectivity in all blocks
- Washing machines in all blocks
- Water cooler and dispenser in all blocks
- Badminton court
- Basketball court
- Tennis court
The house-keeping staff maintains cleanliness all over the blocks. Campus security is responsible for the security of all blocks and other areas associated with hostels.
