The Center for Drone Applications, IIT Goa, with support from Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India under its SwaYaan program, conducted a 5-day bootcamp for the students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Goa Engineering College. The program introduced participants to drone systems and AI/ML-driven applications, offering them a hands-on and enriching learning experience. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Sharad Sinha, Dr. Shitala Prasad, and Dr. Clint Pazhayidam George, along with research students Vipin Gautam and Subhojit Sarkar from IIT Goa, in collaboration with Prof. Rajesh Prabhu Gaonkar, GEC.
