IIT Goa successfully conducted a Two-Day Administrative Training Workshop on 24 to 25 July 2025, aimed at enhancing the administrative capabilities and professional skills of staff members covering sessions on office noting & drafting, RTI Act, Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, Pay fixation and POSH Act awareness. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and an inaugural address by Prof. Dhirendra S. Katti, Director, IIT Goa. The workshop featured enriching sessions by eminent speakers including Shri Rajan G., Consultant (Administration), and Dr. Sandhya Ram S. A., Associate Professor, V. M. Salgaocar College of Law. Dr. K V Reghuthaman, Registrar, IIT Goa, also engaged the participants through a dedicated session on Communication Etiquettes and best practices. We were also privileged to welcome participants from BITS Goa, NCPOR, NFSU Goa, and NIT Goa, making the event a meaningful platform for institutional exchange and collaborative learning.
