On March 11, 2025, Prof. Dhirendra Katti, Director, IIT Goa, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of women empowerment. The event also featured the felicitation of Ms. Snehal Benade for her remarkable bronze medal winning performance at the recently concluded Para National Athletics Championships. The celebration concluded with an insightful talk on "Cervical Cancer" by Dr. Lynette Fernandes, Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Directorate of Health Services, Goa. Her expertise shed light on crucial aspects of women's health and awareness.
