IIT Goa signed the Goa Atlantic (GOAT) MoU, a joint initiative to solve real world problems in Marine Science and Technology

On 15th October 2024 IIT Goa signed the Goa Atlantic (GOAT) MoU, a joint initiative to solve real world problems in Marine Science and Technology. The MoU is between Indian Institute of Technology Goa, National Institute of Technology Goa and National Institute of Technology Warangal on the Indian side and Campus mondial de la mer – Technopole Brest Iroise, École navale, Brest national school of engineering (ENIB), Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO), École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées Bretagne (ENSTA Bretagne), CESI Ecole d’Ingénieurs, ISEN Ouest Yncrea, Naval Group, Centre de documentation, de recherche et d’expérimentations sur la pollution accidentelle des eaux (Cedre) on the French side. The MoU was signed by Prof. Katti, Director, IIT Goa and the respective representatives from each partner institute/university to advance research collaboration and student exchange. This strengthens IIT Goa’s commitment to fostering innovation in marine science and technology.
