Prof. Dhirendra Katti, Director, IIT Goa, emphasized the crucial role of sustainability in engineering during his speech at the 57th Engineer's Day function, organized by the Institution of Engineers(India) Goa State Centre in Panaji. "We’ve been advancing at the expense of our environment and resources. It’s time we place sustainability at the forefront," said Prof. Katti, urging young engineers to combine technical expertise with sustainable practices.
