Interaction with the Rajya Sabha Committee

Interaction with the Rajya Sabha Committee on Petition during their study visit to Goa for discussion on conservation and revitalisation of dying rivers across the country. The Institute officials had a fruitful discussion with the Committee chaired by the Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Tiruchi Siva. The Committee also comprises Smt. Sumitra Balmik, Hon’ble Member of Parliament and other officials of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat. The session was also attended by the Heads of GAIL, Mormugao Port Trust, Goa Shipyard, Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation, Directorate of Mines and Geology and Goa State Pollution Control Board.
