Goa police Ideathon 2022

Goa Police organized Ideathon 2022 at BITS Pilani, Goa campus and DGP Mr. Jaspal Singh, and IGP Mr. Omvir Singh graced the inauguration. As part of the inauguration, many panel discussions took place where several ideas and thoughts were pitched on the impact of 5G technologies in law and order, financial frauds and traffic violations. The benefits of 5G technologies to empower the police department against the crimes in various forefronts were deliberated. More importantly, the challenges to be faced by the police personnel with the invention of new advanced technologies were discussed. It is our pleasure to share that an expert from IIT Goa in the field of 5G technologies Dr. Neelakandan Rajamohan participated in the panel discussions.
