Despite the challenges posed by a global economic slowdown, the Career Development Cell (CDC) of IIT Goa has continued to exhibit remarkable resilience and commitment to student success. It is with great pride that CDC share the placement performance of our B.Tech batch 2022-2026 and M.Tech batch 2024-2026, which has remained comparable to the previous academic year.

For our B.Tech and M.Tech programs, the CDC has achieved a commendable placement rate of 91.41% to date. Out of 116 registered B.Tech students, 107 have secured placement offers. Additionally, approximately 91.4% of registered B.Tech students have secured six-month internships a strong indicator of the industry's confidence in the capabilities of our students.

In the M.Tech group, 10 out of 12 registered students were successfully placed, further underscoring the high quality of technical education and training provided at the institute.

The placement drive witnessed participation from 135+ reputed companies, offering diverse and impactful roles in Software Engineering, Product Management, Research & Development, Research Engineering, Consultancy, and Analytics. Among the distinguished recruiters were Bharat Electronics Limited, Discovery, Trilogy Innovations (Codenation), Siemens EDA, MathWorks, Texas Instruments, Google, Nvidia, Samsung R&D and Velankani Informations to name a few.

Overall, the Career Development Cell of IIT Goa has continued to provide robust support and opportunities to its students, reaffirming its commitment to career excellence and growth even in the face of global economic challenges.
