ACM Digital Library has a Read-and-Publish model where all corresponding authors would publish their accepted articles with ACM on an open-access basis without any individual Article Processing Charges (APCs) to be paid.
The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Platinum agreement allows us to publish open-access articles in any of the 56 RSC journals without incurring personal costs or Article Processing Charges (APCs).
