Call for Contributed Papers

Papers are invited in the form of regular manuscripts. Papers must conform to the submission policy, described below. Papers in the following broad areas are solicited.
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Industrial Automations and Intelligent Robotics
- Autonomous Vehicles (Aerial/Surface/Underwater)
- Advanced Control and Computing Techniques
- Process Automation
- Power System Automation
Best Paper Awards
Up to a maximum three Best Paper Awards will be given at the symposium.
Call for Tutorial Sessions and Panel Discussions
Proposals for tutorial sessions and panel discussions (maximum 2 pages) should be submitted through PaperCept and the proposers should inform Tutorial and Panel Discussions Chair, Dr. Sashidhar Sampathirao: ssd@iitgoa.ac.in
Tutorials are invited in all areas relevant to industrial automation and intelligent robotics. Tutorials are to be structured as a 1.5 hour talk, including any hands-on session if needed, on a specific talk.

Panel discussions (limited to max 45 minutes) proposals should include:
- Names and biographies of at most 4 panelists
- Name and biography of the organizer who will also act as the moderator
- Topic of panel discussion and its relevance.
Submission Policy
All submitted papers must be formatted in the standard 2-column IEEE Conference format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
The paper submission link will be made available in due course.
- For the purposes of REVIEW and PUBLICATION in the conference proceedings, papers are limited to 6 pages.
- All the accepted papers that are presented in the conference will be indexed in IEEE Xplore after the conference. Papers accepted but not presented will not be included in IEEE Xplore.

Discussion Paper :
We also invite "discussion paper" contributions, where the author(s) can give a presentation about a prior publication in a reputed journal. Please upload a copy of your prior publication for the evaluation committee for recommending its relevance. Obviously, it will not be a part of the proceedings and it won't be uploaded to IEEE Xplorer either.
Paper on Experience in Industry:
A Two-page Extended Abstract is invited from Industry Professionals. Please upload the same through paperCept. These will be published in the Symposium Proceedings.

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection:
Camera-Ready Paper Submission and Author Registration : 8 September 2021 10 September 2021
Discounted Registration Last Date: September 10 September 2021 14 September 2021. The post-deadline registration will incur a 25% additional charge.
