Steps to Register for the Convocation (for all graduands)

Complete No-Dues Process
Ensure you have cleared all dues at IIT Goa.
Alumni Portal Registration
Visit the IIT Goa Alumni Portal to register as an alumnus and stay connected.
Convocation Registration Form & Fee
An email containing registration form and other details has been sent. Complete the form and pay the convocation registration fee.

You can indicate in the form whether you plan to attend in-person, or wish to receive your degree in absentia.

Important Information

Rehearsal Session

Date : 12^th July 2025

Reporting time at the venue : 2:30 PM

Attendance for the rehearsal session is mandatory for all graduands who wish to attend the convocation in person. Please plan your travel accordingly. Those who are absent for the rehearsal session will be considered as receiving the degree in absentia.

Convocation

Date : 13^th July 2025

Reporting time at the venue : 8:30 AM

Timings & Security

Late arrivals will not be admitted due to strict security arrangements.
All graduands and accompanying guests must arrive by the specified time .
Students and accompanying persons should carry a government-issued ID card with them.
Large items, bags, and food items will not be permitted inside the convocation hall.

Dress Code

All graduating students should adhere to the following dress code. The convocation stoles will be distributed on the day of convocation.

Male Students: White Kurta and Pyjama (to be arranged by the attendees themselves)
Female Students: White Chudidar Kurta Pyjama (to be arranged by the attendees themselves)

Note: Only the candidates with this dress code will be allowed inside the hall.
