Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Goa, Farmagudi, Goa, is organizing a Bootcamp Training Program for the SwaYaan-Capacity building for Human Resource Development in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drone and related Technology) under a project funded by MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology), Government of India.
The bootcamp training is on "Drone Communications and AI-Driven Drone Vision", a comprehensive course which delves deep into the integration of communications and computer vision with on board UAVs. From the essentials of flight to the intricacies of machine learning and beyond 5G communications, participants will be equipped to unlock the full potential in the world of drone technology.
In the comprehensive course to be trained, our objective is to empower participants with essential knowledge in the vibrant fields of 5G Communications and beyond, along with Computer Vision Algorithms for drones. By the end of the course, participants would have the proficiency in various drone technologies, and their industrial applications. The participants would be efficiently acquainted with navigating the drone landscape, employing industry-standard tools and techniques to unlock the full potential of drone technologies.
The event is scheduled offline and requires the candidates to spend 5 days to cover the 40 hours in physical classroom lectures and lab/hands-on sessions.
A limited number of paid accommodation will be arranged for the candidates. Candidates requiring accommodation should fill up the separate Registration Form, and await reply from CDA, IIT Goa, before processing payment.
