Rules for Poster Presentation:
  1. You can participate as an individual or as a team of maximum 3 members.
  2. The recommended poster size is A1 with A1 paper size as 23.4 in x 33.1 in.
  3. All presenters must submit a PDF of their poster, which will be made availableon the RSC website.
  4. Tangible prototypes are strictly not allowed.
  5. The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
  6. Pushpins will be provided to mount your poster. The poster must be pasted at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  7. All participants should submit their posters in PDF here.


Rules for Oral presentation:
  1. One can participate as an individual. Team participation will not be entertained.
  2. The participant should prepare a well-rehearsed talk with the support of visual slides that help move the topic forward.
  3. All presenters must submit a PDF of their slides, which will be made availableon the RSC website.
  4. Each participant will be given a time slot which can be checked from the schedule.
  5. Each participant will be given 10 minutes to deliver his/her talk, followed by a 2 minutes Q&A session.
