Goa ATlantic Cooperation Program
The Indian Institute of Technology, Goa signed the letter of Intent with The Campus Mondial de la Mer, CMM, representing the whole community of marine sciences and technology of Western Brittany, France, and the Naval Group to join their efforts to develop the Goa ATlantic cooperation programme (GOAT).
