a. Hear and address complaints regarding sexual harassment at IIT Goa.
b. Spread awareness about gender-related issues and functioning of the ICC.
c. Uphold the dignity of women.
d. Facilitate a gender-sensitive and congenial working environment free of gender-specific discrimination or sexual harassment.
e. Ensure that victims and witness are not victimized or discriminated against because of lodging such complaints.
f. Take proactive measures to educate the IIT Goa community about gender-sensitivity.
